中文摘要 | 本研究主要以「人因工程學程」課程規劃的觀點,針對國內相關課程現況的分析與不同領域特色之需求,以人因工程實驗室的建立,人因工程教材的編撰及相關資料庫的蒐集應用為基礎,發展相關的人因工程課程群組,規劃設計適用的教學教材與學習方式,如個案研究、實驗教學、實務專題等,並進行個案分析、實驗設計與專題執行能力的評量,以整合不同領域中的人因工程特色,進而培養學生不同科技領域之人因工程實務應用能力。 |
英文摘要 | For the development of Ergonomics program, this study analyzed the related curriculums and industrial demands on Ergonomics in Taiwan. The main objective of this study was to propose a development model for Ergonomic curriculums and to integrate the aspects of various ergonomic domains by means of curriculum designs in case study, experiment, and practice topics. The model developed in the study was supported by connecting the applications of laboratory, teaching materials, and anthropometric databases. However, we also suggested some available protocols for evaluating the effectiveness of these curriculums. This study advocated that the integrated competences on Ergonomics would be more important in futur industries. |
