中文摘要 | Web架構員工差假管理系統(Web-based Attendance Management System,以下簡稱本系統)是以原Web架構差假管理系統再加入輪班人員差假簽報模組,以期能讓中華電信各分公司及其轄下營運處之輪班人員來使用。因輪班人員之班表複雜難以統一成一套相同的系統來共用,故初步階段先以內部管理方式來簡化系統及統一各輪班系統間的差異。本系統提供非接觸刷卡機供員工刷卡,再收集員工出勤刷卡紀錄,供主管來稽核員工之出勤。本系統並提供員工線上差假簽報、主管及人事部門線上簽核及各項相關查詢功能的一套應用管理系統,以取代現行人事之紙上表單作業方式,並可免除表單人工傳送時間。本系統亦可將各表單及出勤狀況存於電腦資料庫,減少舊程序中紙上文件檔案櫃之儲存空間。各級主管亦可利用本系統線上查詢員工出勤狀況,即時掌握員工出勤狀況外,亦可做為內部管理的依據。使用本系統可提高辦公室e化程度,並可使管理者得到即時的資訊。本文主要介紹系統緣起、系統架構及運作、系統功能、系統建設時程及系統之現況與展望。 |
英文摘要 | The Web-based Attendance Management System (WAMS in its abbreviated thereinafter), enhanced base on original Web-based Attendance Management System, includes additional Employees In Shifts Management Module (EISMD) for branch companies and their operation departments of Chunghwa Telecom Company. To solve unconstant shift schedules for various departments and branch companies, the Employees In Shifts Management Module (EISMD) adopts interior-management strategy to simplify the complication. WAMS collects employee working records by offering contactless IC-Card reader/collector for supervisor to audit working status of employees. For the sake of achieving the e policy, WAMS provides online vacation、leave、business trip applying, administrator signing and topic querying through intranet. All WAMS’s data store in database to provide department administrators of different levels inquiring working status about employee. In accordance with such data department administrator will be able to audit employees、enhance e-building and improve management efficiency. This article aims to introduce system origin、structure、operation、functionality、constructing schedule and discuss the future pattern of WAMS. |
