中文摘要 | 防治水稻紋枯病用殺菌劑依普座(epoxiconazole),在歐洲溫帶環境之試驗結果,被認為屬於環境中長殘效性農藥;然而經由「模擬生態系」試驗結果,發現其在本地環境條件下可發生降解,且降解速率較歐洲者;為探討其在環境中降解之主要機制,於內進行水中、土壤中代謝及室外日光光分解試驗,試驗結果顯示epoxiconazole在環境中之降解機制主要為光分解及土壤分解作用;其在純水及灌溉水中日光分解之DT�t分別為7及31小時,土壤代謝作用中,在厭氣土代謝之DT為120天,好氣者為193天;在灌溉水(不照光)中降解很慢,DT�t為693天。 |
英文摘要 | Based on the environmental study data studied in Europe, epoxiconazole , (2RS,3SR)-[3-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-(4-fluorophenyl) oxiran-2-ylmethyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole, is a kind of environmental persistent pesticide, used for preventing rice sheath blight (Rhizoctonia Solani Kuhn) disease. However, the results of "model ecosystem" indicated that the DT�tof dissipation in Taiwan is shorter than that in Europe. The degradation studies of epoxiconazole including metabolism and photodegradation in water and soil were carried out to realize the main environmental degradation mechanism under local conditions. The results showed that both soil metabolism and photodegradation are the main environmental degradation mechanisms of epoxiconazole. It was also found that the higher temperature and light intensity of local weather condition accelerate the degradation. |
