英文摘要 | Transmission equipment generates lots of alarms everyday, it drives the network operators crazy. Actually, most of them are not root cause alarms, but they do come along with the root cause. In order to reduce the amount of alarm that operators need to process and the time to fix out problems, the fault management should correctly points out the cause, locates the problem, and describes the relationship between alarms. To achieve the functions mentioned above, the fault management of TSNC do further processing on alarms including alarm correlation, alarm filter and alarm subscription. Besides that, this paper also supports the decision of fiber cut and describes the design issue for improving system reliability and performance. |
