中文摘要 | 本研究,藉添加 A�茨是�婪韭劃媢駴TA共沈膠體中,以探討添加晶種對膠種分散現 象、相轉換過程及 ZTA 陶瓷體燒結行為的影響,研究發現:添加晶種可以改變 ZTA 共沈膠 體的分散現象,使過渡相及α 相氧化鋁出現溫度降低。進而降低燒結體內之孔隙及包於晶 粒內之氧化鋯的含量。藉晶種之添加量可以控制氧化鋁的晶粒大小,並且間接影響氧化鋯晶 粒大小及其 t/m 比。並且在以常壓燒結即可獲得緻密且晶粒小的 ZTA 陶瓷體。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this research is to produce zta powders that contains evenly dispersed seeds of α - Al �� O �婪� crystallites. The properties and sintering behaviors of the powders were also carefully characterized. It was found in this study, that the seeding α - Al �� O �婪� can (1) make the ZTA gel more dispersed, (2) reduce the phase transition temperature, (3) reduce the intragranular porosity and amount of zirconia, and (4)promote the densification effect and shorten the sintering duration time. |
