英文摘要 | The main aim of this research is to understand the basic concepts of learning organization theory and features of the elementary school administration. In addition, the usefulness, difficulties, and the present state of applying learning organization theory in elementary school administration are investigated, and feasible strategies and supporting measures are also discussed. Based on the results obtained by this research, concrete recommendations are proposed, for the reference of schools and main educational administrative organizations. |
