中文摘要 | 技術與職業教育近年來受到許多企業的重視,尤其是資訊管理教育,因為一位暨 懂管理,又懂技術的人才已經成為企業中不可多得的資產。但是,目前的技職教育存在著許 多問題,像是學生的來源複雜與教材內容的重複。本論文的主要目的在於以國立台灣科技大 學資訊管理系為例,探討現行二技資訊管理系的課程內容、教學方式、與銜接性等問題。結 果指出,目前技職教育中高職、五專與科技大學教育內容的重疊性頗高,而且同學們對於科 技大學教學內容的認知是有用的,但是並不是很容易學習,導致學習動機並不是很強。對於 教學方法時間分派上,結果也顯示將近有八成的同學希望增加個案討論與上機實習的時間, 而只有二成五的同學希望增加課堂講解的時間,此點發現,似乎提醒枝職教育內容與方法的 設計上應該更多的個案與上機實習的機會,如此同學們便能在實作中學習,也不至造成大多 講授課程的重疊。 |
英文摘要 | Technological and vocational education (TVE) has received increased attention in contemporary enterprises, especially in the area of information management. A person familiar with both management and technology becomes an asset to an organization. However, several difficulties exist in the current TVE system. These difficulties include students with different backgrounds and the duplication of teaching materials. This study investigated these problems by sampling 32 two-year undergraduate MIS students at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. The results revealed duplication in the curriculum design of current MIS program. Students perceived the courses as useful, but some of the content was not easy to learn. In terms of teaching strategies, 80% of the students sampled wanted their courses to include more case studies and information on computer operations. Only 25% wanted more classroom lectures. The findings suggest that to include more individualized the TVE curriculum be redesigned instructuion and more hands-on experience. |
