中文摘要 | 本研究係針對砂模鑄造之A356鋁合金,探討砂模種類參數與鋁合金反應氣氛量,以及氣氛量與鑄件密度之關係。實驗所用的砂模參數分為濕砂模、CO�紡狺枺K喃模三種,每次備製50kg的濕模砂混練,其中添加西方黏土10%和3%水分,使用Simpson型模砂機混練15分鐘;CO�紡珙高翱漭[3%水玻璃混練後利用二氧化碳硬化;�K喃模為加�K喃樹脂1.6%硬化劑0.8%(Catalyst base on Furan resin)。用以比較砂模成份和流路系統對熔融A356鋁合金與受熱砂模反應後氣氛的影響。 研究分析結果得知,因濕模砂混練時間短其中水份未擴散深入黏土層,較易受熱反應,且鋁合金的溫降散熱會很快將熱量傳到砂模從砂模散熱,所以CO�祕b加熱短時間時明顯增加,同時O�窄q明顯減少。另外受熱反應產生的氫氣,在充模完後氣體量H��+CH�眾怜炕A其次H�砥A其中氫氣可能為鑄件所吸收會使鑄件內部產生大量氣孔,而降低A356板狀鑄件之各種機械性質。CO�祝熉狳�熱反應後CO在30秒時明顯增加,O�窄q明顯減少;反應產生最大氣體時間在充模後30秒,均較濕砂模氣氛值低很多。Furan砂模受熱反應生成的CO及CO�站�濕砂模少一些,而Furan樹脂添加劑卻較易反應生成H��+CH�略咠�砥A且在入模及模穴充填中即有高量反應物產生,此即為Furan砂模中樹脂受熱分解出少量水份和乙醇,使氫量及還原氣氛(CO+H��+CH�瓷^提高,而樹脂的燒灼,會使澆鑄1∼2分鐘產生較多CO及CO�砥C |
英文摘要 | The motivation for the present work is based on changing the sand molds to produce advantage of sound castings and mechanical properties of A356 aluminum alloy, thereby promotion cost. Before such a change is implemented in a mass-production A356 casting, its influence on the density of the materials must be thoroughly investigated and understood. This paper deals specifically with comparing the atmosphere and density of A356 produced by the sand molds process, with respect to the different gating ratio of A356 produced. Several tests, including atmosphere analysis, have been conducted to compare the A356 castings in different sand molds and gating ratio. All the experimental tests for atmosphere are compared on significant difference being found between the different sand molds and gating ratio of A356 cast. |
