中文摘要 | 本研究旨在調查啟智學校學生心肺耐力狀況及其相關影響因心。研究者以教育部頒布的「體能測驗手冊」中之心肺耐力測驗對彰化啟智學校332位學生進行檢測,進而分析其心肺耐力現況。隨後依施測結果選取十位心肺耐力較佳學生,以「影響心肺耐力可能因素訪談表」分別訪問其導師及家長探討影響心肺耐力之可能因素,研究結果如下: 一、 啟智學校學生心肺耐力狀況 整體而言,其心肺耐力極待加強。男生17、8歲為心肺耐力之顛峰,然與常人相較有提早老化之虞。艂外,住校生心肺耐力成績略優於通勤生但差異不大;中度智障學生之心肺耐力成績較重度或極重度智障學生為佳。 二、 影響心肺耐力可能因素 影響該校學生心肺耐力的可能因素經訪談結果整理大致可分為內在因素(如:個性使然);及外在因素(如:學校訓練、活動量較多)等。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the cardiorespiratory endurance and its relative factors of students with mental retardation in a special school. A cardiorespiratory endurance test was delivered to 332 students, and semi-structured interviews were conducted thereafter to the teachers and parents of ten students with the best performance in order to analyze the factors promoting the cardiorespiratory endurance. The results were as follow: 1. Present cardiorespiratory endurance status: All students demonstrated poorer cardiorespiratory endurance, when compared with normal norm. The 18-year-old group resulted in the best scores among all the subjects. The results also showed a possible early aging in terms of their cardiorespiratory endurance. Stduents living in dorm gained preferable grades compared to those who living at home. Students with milder retardation often had superior scores than those with more severe level of relardation. 2. Factors promoting fitness: Internal factors(e.g., inheritance, personality) and external factors(e.g., school training, activity quantity, family environment, and parent supports) were found to be the potential factors which may enhance the cardiorespiratory endurance of this population. |
