中文摘要 | 1998年自出雲山與大雪山種子園取接穗重建之六龜與蓮華池種子園,發現有 開花旺盛與稀疏二類型營養系。1999年於原種子園,以開花旺盛(營養系編號11,13,14)與 稀疏(8,17,22)營養系枝條處理激勃素A3、(GA3),處理時間分別在3、4、5、6月。結 果顯示經GA,處理之枝條93.9%開花,控制處理沒有花芽分化。開花旺盛營養系對於GA。處 理反應仍然呈現旺盛;開花稀疏營養系則表現不一。6個營養系對於GA3的反應在開花小枝 數、比率以及雌、雄花數量都呈極顯著差異(p<0.01),口號營養系對於GA3、的反應最佳, 22號營養系則較弱。經GA3處理後, 枝條開花反應可以延續到第二年.但下降至只有22.6% 枝條開花。在4個不同月份施用GA3,開花反應沒有顯著差異。處理枝條之間開花的反應亦 沒有顯著差異。兩種子園開花小枝比率沒有差異,但雌、雄花數量卻呈極顯著差(p<0.01)。 |
英文摘要 | Different flowering capabilities were found in clones of Calocedrus formosana grafts reestablished at the Liukuei and Lienhwachih Stations (TFRI) in 1998. Two types of clones were selected in 1999: ones flowered abundantly, and others flowered sparsely. Clones 11, 13, and 14 were chosen to represent good flowering clones and the clones 8, 17, and 22 represent poor flowering clones. GA3 was used to treat the branches of grafts of these 2 types of clones in March, April, May, and June, respectively. Of the branches treated with GA3, 93.9% flowered in the next 2 years, while no flower was found on untreated branches. Good flowering clones still flowered abundantly. However, the flowering response to GA3 for the poor flowering clones was inconsistent among clones. Some flowered abundantly, while others flowered sparsely. Each GA3 promoted flowering response, such as flowering branchlet numbers, rates, and the numbers of female and male flowers per branch, showed significant differences (p<0.01) among the 6 clones. Flowering performance of the clone 11 was the strongest, while the clone 22 was the weakest. The flowering capacity could last to the second year, but the flowering branch rate fell to 22.6%. No significant differences in flowering responses were found among the 4 different application months or among the GA3 -treated branches. Flowering branchlet rates of GA3 –treated branches between the 2 orchards did not differ, however, the numbers of female and male flowers differed significantly (p<0.01). |
