中文摘要 | 目前國內大比例尺地形圖測繪方式,大都使用全測站經緯儀以電腦平板或編碼法的方式進行,於室內再以相關軟體(如CAD)進行圖形的編修整飾的工作,完成地形圖的測繪。為能結合其他地形屬性資料,亦能提供地理資訊,以供決策支援及圖形與屬性分析使用,然而傳統的地形圖格式缺少了地形的屬性資料,因此為能完整提供工程單位及決策單位使用,傳統的數值測圖方法及圖形資料格式,似乎有必要隨著市場需要,能有所改變。以臺中市1/1000 GIS地形圖測製案為例,市府需要的是含有地理資訊的地形圖,然而為完成上述需求,傳統的作業方式須先進行地形圖的測製,輸出CAD的圖形格式,進行GIS的圖形格式轉檔,其中還需要許多的圖形封閉處理及其他工作;出圖後,再指派人員赴實地蒐集地理資訊,如此作業方式不合經濟效益。 基於此,本文目的在探討設計開發一套GIS地形圖Pocket PC測繪系統平臺,由作業環境的程式開發、全測站經緯儀GPS接收儀的結合、測繪功能的程式撰寫、如何得到與GIS軟體相容的圖形及屬性資料格式等項目。經研發後,已能於外業同時達成GIS地形圖的測繪工作,將資料直接轉入室內PC電腦後,已能直接完整與市面的GIS軟體相容。 |
英文摘要 | At present, large scale of topographic survey are conventionally done I field by the methods of computer-aided planetable or numerical codes with Total Station, then topographic map is finished by a computer-aided drafting system. Geographic information System (GIS) is widespread for engineering design and policy-making and it requires enormous quantites of position-related data. Usually, topographic map is used for an engineering design project made using a CAD system, however traditional topographic map doesn't include attributed data such as land use, land ownership, soil types and others. Because traditional maps lack of attribute data, the processes of collecting and digitizing the data to support GIS are expected to place a heavy work load on surveyors later on. For example, 1/1000 GIS topographical mapping in Taichung was done first by photogrammetry and the attribute data was collected by surveyors secondly. The study is to design a Pocket PC platform integrating Total Station and GPS and develop a method to make a topographic survey and collect attribute data simultaneously. The graphical and attribute data could be transformed into a compatible GIS ArcView files with topological relation. Therefore, the GIS topographic mapping could be surveyed in one phase and the method become very efficient. |
