中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討天然橡膠(Natural Rubber)與環氧化天然橡膠(Epoxidized Natural Rubber;環氧化50mol%之ENR-50)摻合不同比率時,摻合膠之動態力學、遲滯效應、制 振性,做一系列之探討。 實驗結果顯示,在-53℃及3.5℃以下,ENR之E'值皆比NR高,而NR/ENR摻合系之 E'值則隨ENR摻合率增加而增加。而之-53℃之tanδ值隨ENR增加而降低,在3.5℃之ENR 特性峰之tanδ值則隨其摻合率提高而增加。ENR橡膠之動態能量消耗大,阻尼性及制振性 皆優於NR;NR/ENR摻合系之制振性則隨ENR摻合而明顯提升。 由傳輸率之評估發現在共振頻率時,ENR具有優良之減振效能,使得振幅不致因共振 而產生放大效應。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the dynamical mechanical analysis (DMA), hysteresis effect, anti-vibration of natural rubber (NR) and epoxidized natural rubber (ENR-50; 50 mol% of epoxidation) in different blending ratios are discussed. The experimental results of NR/ENR blends show that the storage modula (E') are higher than those of NR at -53℃ and 3.5℃. The E' values of NR/ENR blends increased but tanδ values decreased with ENR contents at -53℃. The peak of tanδ values of ENR at 3.5℃ increased with ENR contents. Dynamical energy loss of ENR are higher and the damping properties, anti-vibration properties are better than those of NR. The NR/ENR blends improve anti-vitration properties with ENR contents The ENR has better anti-vitration properties at the resonance frequency. Their amplitude don't be magnified during the evaluation of the transmissibility ratio (TR). |
