中文摘要 | 超高速空氣軸承主軸可以應用在PCB電路板微孔加工之內藏式主軸,其轉速需求高達十萬轉至二十萬轉。本文研究微孔鑽超高速主軸之特性。首先以有限差分法分析空氣軸承運轉性能及剛性與阻尼特性,再以轉子動力學分析超高速主軸的「轉子狀態特性」及「空氣軸承之氣隙、偏擺、動態剛性與阻尼」之耦合效應,以建立轉子偏擺量之抑制準則。同時,分析結果作為主軸及軸承之最佳化配置設計依據。 |
英文摘要 | Built-in super-high speed spindles, suspended by air-bearings, are applied in PCB micro-drill at speeds over a hundred thousand r.p.m. Both numerical and experimental analyses are utilized in this project. We have used the finite element method to simulate ‘rotor-dynamics characteristics’ and ‘the coupling effect of clearance, and dynamic stiffness of air-bearings’ and established the design criteria for spindle air-bearing systems. |
