中文摘要 | 甲殼素(Chitin)是一種存在於天然界非常豐富之氨基多糖體。存在於蝦、蟹等甲殼素類、昆蟲類、菌類細胞壁等,據估計在地球1年大約有1000億噸被生產。其構造如圖所示;其構造和纖維素類似,只管在C-2位之OH基以NH2基置換。是以N-acetyl-D-glucosamine之1.4結合所組成之聚氨多糖類。幾丁聚糖(Chitosan)是由甲殼素經脫乙醯化反應所得到之一種由 Glucosamine所構成之多糖體。因為幾丁聚糖有許多有用之生物特性;像是生物相容性、生物分解性、止血性及具有加速傷口癒合之能力,因此它也受到相當之注意在生醫材料上之注意,例如可將其應用於縫合線、藥物釋放系統、止血劑、傷口治療劑等。 在本研究;我們利用老鼠之動物試驗來證明幾丁聚糖具有加速傷口之能力,用時以動物試驗來觀察幾丁聚糖對組織之影響。 |
英文摘要 | Chitin is the Second-most abundant biopolymer in nature, found in the shell of crustaceans, the cuticles of insects, and the cell walls of fungi . Chitosan is a useful derivative of Chitin, formed through N-deacetylation of the chitin molecule. Because chitosan has many useful biological properties such as biocompatibility, biodegradability, Hemostatic activity and possible wound healing ability, much attention has been paid to its biomedical applications; i.e. an absorbable suture, a drug carrier, a hemostatic agent, a wound-healing agent. In the study, we preformed experiments to determine that chitosan improved wound healing in full thickness wounds in rats. |
