中文摘要 | 「真正的學習已不再僅止於知識的充實與技術的進展,而在於能深入人之所以為人的核心意義。經由學習,我們得以重新認識這個世界和我們的關係;透過學習,我們再次擴展我們的創造力,而這正是生命中最為可貴的部分」。轉化學習就是一種個體在反省自我生命價值、信念、假設、期待寺意義觀點之過程中,運用先前的學習經驗及新的知識、看法,經過一連串的批判思考,重新修正或調整內在觀點,形塑或整合出新的自我觀點的過程。 本文先就轉化學習理論的發展過程、思想淵源及其重要內涵等進行有系統的探討,便提出促進特化學習之道,最後以轉化學習的評論做為結語。 |
英文摘要 | "True learning is no longer limited to the enrichment of knowledge or the progress of technique, but penetrating into the core meaning of being humans. Through learning, we can renew our understanding about the relationship between the world and us; through learning, we can expand our creativity again. And that is the most valuable part of life." Transferring learning is a process of shaping or integrating into a new prospective of oneself. During the process, through a series of critical thinking to adjust or rectify inner thoughts, an individual reflects on the aspects of value of life, belief, assumption, and expectation etc., using pre-acquired learning experience, new knowledge, and point-of-view. This context is a systematic exploration of the developmental process of transferring theory, the source of thinking, and its important contents. It then presents the methods about how to promote transferring learning. It finally concludes with the comments of transferring learning. |
