中文摘要 | 客戶通話詳細記錄系統(Call Detailed Record System; CDRS)係為收集TC5、 S12及5ES等三種市話數位交換機之通話記錄而開發,本文之研究主要分為『CDR整合性監測系統』及『CDR整合性分析系統』之研究兩部分。『CDR整合性監測系統』係為任何一個CDRS設備點作為一個全區的集中監測中心,監測分散在北區分公司17套、中區分公司10套以及南區分公司9套系統,它包含傳輸記錄查詢、通話記錄之檢查、系統資源監測及全區資料庫筆數統計及其磁碟空間統計等五功能。『CDR整合性分析系統』則是對於通話記錄中的明細查詢及統計分析,它是利用通話記錄傳送至帳務中心後,將通話記錄轉成資料庫格式,進入資料庫儲存,並將該通話明細資料加以計算成為整合式資料表。透過各種之操作介面,提供營運人員對於通話明細之查詢與統計分析,同時亦含各種統計、比較、排名之分析功能。 本篇論文主要是著重在前面提到的兩部份,本系統提供全區之資料,不僅是對帳務中心及營運處人員有所幫助,亦對高階管理者在預測客戶行為上與訂定行銷策略上有莫大之幫助。同時,它能集中監測,可以防止別人竊取系統資源、傳輸失敗或資料庫磁碟空間不足等問題發生。在因應目前固網開放之時,我們相信本系統將會為中華電信在未來扮演一個很重要之角色。 |
英文摘要 | Subscriber’s Call Detailed Record (CDR) is implemented in Call Detailed Record System (CDRS). CDRS is a mediation device which is developed to collect and process the call records came from local switch units, like TC5, S12, and 5ES. It extends two parts, “CDR integrated monitor system” and “CDR integrated statistic & analysis system”. The former system is a centralized system to monitor 36 operation and maintenance centers (OMC) which are allocated in North、Central and South Area of Chunghwa Telecom. This system provides transmission status query、call detailed record checking、system resource monitor、global database statistic and disk space statistic. The latter system is to search call detailed record of subscribers and gather statistics & analysis. It makes use of information which stores in the database to draw some integrated information charts about subscribers. In addition, it can provide users who work in the OMC CDRS’s query and statistics & analysis. In the meantime, it also includes global area statistics & analysis、comparision and rank function about subscribers. This paper describes the two systems mentioned above. It provides global information which can not only help the users working in the billing department, operation department but also the upper manager level which can predict subscriber’s calling behavior and defining company’s sales strategy. Besides, it can centralize to monitor the system in order to prevent bad users from stealing the telecom resource, prevent lots of risk such as transmission fail and lack of disk space problem. Nowaday, because fixed line market is opened by the Ministry of communications, our system will play an important role for Chunghwa Telecom in the near future. |
