中文摘要 | 本研究乃探討間苯二酚‧甲醛樹脂(resorcinol-formaldehyde resin;RF)酚-間苯二酚-甲醛樹脂(phenol-resorcinol-fonnaldehyde resin;PRF)酚-間胺基酚-甲醛樹脂(phenol-"m"-aminophenol-fonnaldehyde resin;PMAF)等添加相思樹樹皮萃取物而應用為木材膠合劑,或調配成蜜月型膠合劑時,其膠合強度之發展性及應用於杉木集成材製造之可行性。所得重要結果歸納如下:RF、PRF及PMAF等三種合成樹脂之膠化時間均隨其膠液pH提高而縮短,RF及PRF之膠合強度發展較快,佈膠加壓4hr後之膠合試驗木破率已達94%以上,PMAF之膠合強度發展則較慢,且強度較低。添加樹皮萃取物對RF之硬化性有明顯促進作用,對PRF及PMAF則無。短時間加壓之膠合試材在解壓後之放置期間,其膠合強度會持續增加,蜜月型膠合劑加壓20min,解壓後經放置一週之膠合木破率可達80%以上。各配方膠合劑集成材經加壓4hr或24hr,除採(PMAF+B)膠配方並加壓4hr者外,其靜曲強度均達CNS11031號標準中對針葉樹B類一級情造用集成材靜曲強度350kgf/cm^2之要求以上。 |
英文摘要 | This study investigated the development of bonding strength of adhesives prepared by resorcinol-formaldehyde resin (RF), phenol-resorcinol-formaldehyde resin (PRF), and phenol-"m"-aminophenol-formaldehyde resin (PMAF) alone or blended with Taiwan acacia ("Acacia confusa") bark extractive or prepared as honey-moon adhesive. The feasibility of China fir ("Cunninghamia lanceolata") laminated wood made with these adhesives was investigated too. The results were summarized as follows. The gel time of RF, PRF and PMAF were shortened as the pH value of glue increased. Wood failure of bonding specimens that glued with RF and PRF with 4 hours of pressing time could excess 94 % at test. But PMAF had slower bonding strength development and lower bonding strength than RF and PRF. The rate of curing could be accelerated by the bark extractive added for RF, but' not for PRF and PMAF. Specimens with short pressing time had sustained bonding strength development after unclamping. The wood failure of wood specimens that were glued by honey-moon adhesives with twenty minutes of clamping and test after one week could exceed 80%. The bending strength of laminated woods made by various adhesives with four hours or twenty-four hours press could exceed 350 kgf/cm^2, the requisite of CNS 11031standard for first-class laminated wood made by B group of softwood, except that made with (PMAF+B) and four hours of pressing time. |
