英文摘要 | School-based management I a process or practice of school administrative management with down-up. It endows more authorities to school to gratify the demands of different schools. Second, it empowers the professional autonomy to teachers to design instructive projects for students' learning. It also encourages parents to involve. Finally, it requests school members fulfill accountability of fasten educational reform. The organization of schools which promote school-based management must reshape school culture, and change the structure of governing authority, making some conditions in school organization so as to practice school-based management. The conditions include 1.Knowledge and skills for administrative management. 2.power for participating in decision making. 3.information for communicating. 4.rewards for encouraging. 5.professional leadership. 6.communication with communities. 7.getting and using on resources. 8.developing on instructional profession. |
