中文摘要 | 空氣懸浮微粒中含有許多致突變物或致癌物,它的主要來源大多為汽機 車排放的廢氣,其次為燃燒煤炭、煤油、焦炭、木材等所產生的煙霧懸浮微粒。 本報告利用空氣採樣器PS-1在弘光技術學院校門前的天橋進行實際採樣,以有機 溶劑萃取PAHs後的濃縮液注入高效液相層析儀配合光偶子偵測器進行定性和定 量分析。此次取民國八十八年八月份所採的空氣懸浮微粒樣本,分析十六種PAHs 結果顯示,NaP和Pyrene皆低於偵測極限;而高分子量的BaP和DBA較其它的PAHs 有相對最高的濃度,其次為BghiP和BbF,然後為低分子量的Acenaphthene。此次 PAHs分析所得的結果將會再和其它月份所得的結果作比較,必要時會以GC/MS 再作確認,並進行毒理試驗。 |
英文摘要 | The mutagens or carcinogens were detected in air pollutants from severalsources, including combustion products such as diesel exhaust , coal ,tarchimney soot , fly ash , photocopier toners , cigarette smoke , andotherenvironmental samples. In this study, airborne particulates were cllected by PS-1 sampler, carcinogenic polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in the airborne particulates were extracted by an organic solvent and determined by High Performance Liguid Chromatography with Photo Diode Array detection (HPLC/PDA ).Among the 16 PAHs collected in August1999, the average amounts the mixture of BaP and DBA, which have highmolecular weight, were the highest, followed by BghiP and BbF. Two compounds, NaP and Pyrene, were not detected in this air sampleing. Theanalysis results of PAHs obtained in this study will compare to other dataobtained in other months. Further confirmation might be performed by GC/MS and Ames test if necessary |
