中文摘要 | 公共圖書館以社會大眾為主要服務對象,不論是人、事、物,都以開放服務為主,存在相當程度的不確定性,並潛藏偶發事件的隱憂。身為圖書館員,面對偶發事件時,應保持冷靜,做妥適的處置。館員平時即應充實自己,熟悉各種偶發事件的處理流程和模式,並培養臨機應變之能力。偶發事件難免會影響館員的情緒,在情緒管理上,作者建議以不損人、不傷己、不壓抑為原則,坦然面對,做情緒的主人,進而與情緒共舞。 |
英文摘要 | Public libraries provide services mainly for the public. For all facilities are open to users, uncertainty and unexpected incidents may therefore occur. While facing unexpected incidents, librarians should stay calm and react appropriately. In addition, enhancing ones abilities, practicing reacting to different situations will help a librarian to be the owner of his/her emotions. In emotional management, three main principles are suggested: "Don't hurt others"; "Never hurt yourself" and "Don't be oppressed." Facing ones emotions and realizing them, a librarian can successfully cope with them. |
