中文摘要 | 臺桑2號桑品種在1年4季修剪方式下,調查其芽體萌發情形、新梢性狀及桑葉化學成分,並於修剪後各單季採用1%、2%、5%、10%及20%等5種濃度之氰氨基化鈣懸浮液催芽處理。結果發現在萌芽方面,春、夏及秋季在修剪後3日開始萌芽,經催芽處理者無提早萌芽之效果,但可提高萌芽率,而皆以5%氰氨基化鈣處理者為最高;冬季在修剪後13日才開始萌芽,經催芽處理者可提早2日萌芽,且亦可提高萌芽率,其中以5%、10%及20%濃度處理者較高。在新梢性狀方面,春及夏季以5%氰氨基化鈣催芽處理,秋季以20%,冬季以5~20%較有利於新梢生長,提高桑葉產量。在桑葉成分方面,不同季節桑葉粗蛋白質含量以秋季修剪所得較高,經催芽處理後可提高1-2%;粗纖維以夏季修剪後所得之含量較高,經催芽處理增加之現象並不明顯;粗脂肪與灰分含量各分別以夏季與秋季修剪處理者含量較高,經催芽處理後均只有夏季修剪者有較明顯增加之現象;無氮抽出物含量則以秋季修剪者所得較低,其餘相差不大,經催芽處理後又有減少之現象,其中又以夏季最明顯。 |
英文摘要 | Morus alba L. var. acidosa G. cv. Taisang 2 were pruned 4 times during a year, then those were surveyed budbreak condition and new shoots characters and chemical component of leaves. Beside, twigs were treated 1%、2%、5%、10% and 20% CaCN₂ budforcing respectively after pruned in each season. Result were shown that buds began to breaking on the third day after pruning in spring and summer and autumn, but began on the thirteenth day for winter pruning, moveover, the budbreak occurred 2 days early and increased budbreak percentage when twigs were treated with 5%、10% or 20% CaCN₂. New shoot growth and yield of leaves were more benefit with 5% CaCN₂ in spring and summer, those with 20% CaCN₂ in autumn, those with 5% to 20% CaCN₂ in winter, The content of crude protein was greater in autumn pruning than those of the other seasons, that gain was increased 1-2% contents with CaCN₂ treatment. The content of crude fiber was greater in summer pruning than those of the other seasons, that those were not significantly among different concentration treatment. The content of crude fat was greater in summer pruning, the content of ash was greater in autumn pruning. Both contents were increased than those of the other seasons in summer budforcing treatment. The content of nitrogen free extract was less in autumn pruning than those of the other seasons and were more decreased in summer budforcing treatment. |
