中文摘要 | 非靜無以成學,千古學問,一靜字停了;習靜為學問第一事,習靜,意謂心常靜寂清澄。儒釋道三定思想份主張習靜生活,而習靜生活中定靜、守靜等工夫,與休閒生活中心間、身閒的主調也相契合。習靜本是一種嚴肅的修持生活,然就廣義的「習靜」生活,也是「休閒」內涵要項。所謂:靜可以修養,靜可以居家,靜可以學藝,靜可以閒適閒即休憩閒適之意,沉冥寧靜的境界,本是中國傳統休閒方式的一大特色;而休閒的主要目的,乃是達到內心的安適虛靜。 本文探討習靜休閒生活,約從以下數端入手:一、習靜的釋義與休閒在習靜生活中的位序,先就一般、理學、佛道三方面來釋義習靜,再間涉休閒與習靜的位序問題、:二、習靜的修養休閒生活,分別以士人、理學、佛道的習靜為例,說明習靜對修養與休閒的重要生活關目。三、習靜的居家休閒生活,文人重視居定生活日課的安排,而習靜則是其中的一項主要功課;至於靜室的陳設,以及書齋、佛堂的習靜生活七實,有必要一併介述。四、習靜的學藝休閒生活,文人讀書、吟詠、書畫、鑑賞等學藝生活的開展,其前提必須取境於靜,無靜居生活的堅持,即無從營造居家的學藝活動。五、習靜的閒適休閒生活,閒適是休閒生活的永恆主題,而明人以溪山、結伙、寺院、清言等幾方面的習靜活動,來作為閒適人生的追尋方式,而成為一種具有時代性的生活文化現象。 |
英文摘要 | The most important matter of leaning is Xi-jing which means learning keep mind in a continual quiet and clear condition. The meditation and keeping quietude of the life of Xi-jing advocated by the. Three Teachings (Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism) mutually tally with Shen-xian (body at leisure) and carefree mind of the leisure life. In a broad sense, the life of "Xi-jin" belongs to "leisure". It is said that keeping in a quiet condition, a man can discipline himself, live in the house, cultivate art and literature, and enjoy a free and easy time. Moreover, the quiet and contemplative condition is the important trait of Chinese traditional style of leisure; and the main purpose of leisure is to attain ease and quietude of mind. The author intends to make a research into the leisure life of Xi-jing from several aspects as follows: Explaining the significance of Xi-jing from three parts (general definition, Neo-Confucianism, Budhism and Taoism) and pointing out the position of leisure in the life of Xi-jing will be disposed first. The second, it goes on with discussing the discipline and leisure life of Xi-jing by way of illustration. The third, to explicate the daily leisure life of Xi-jing in the living space (house) of the literati and Buddhist is necessary. The fourth is how the literati cultivated art and literature in their leisure life of Xi-jing: to live a quiet and leisure life is the precondition for them to develop their artistic and literary activities like reading, reciting, painting and calligraphy, appreciating antiques and works. The care free leisure life of Xi-jing is the fifth respect. That Ming people sought their carefree and leisure life by means of some activities of Xi-jing had become the periodic cultural phenomenon of life. |
