| 中文摘要 | 功能性電刺激(Funcuonal Electrical Stimulation,FES)已被廣泛地使用於復健醫學上,它以電擊訊號去刺激失去神經控制的肌肉,促使肌肉收縮而產生功能性的動作,進而改善肌肉力量及耐受力,避免產生廢用性肌肉萎縮(disuse atrophy)及抑制骨質疏鬆,並增進心肺功能;其應用方式包括站立、踩車、走路三種,本文針對下肢癱瘓者設計一個體積小、重量輕方便隨身攜帶的站立電刺激器,可讓使用者以PDA設定「準備時間」、「站起時間」、「坐下時間」等參數,具有隨時隨地均可自我訓練的便利性。 |
| 英文摘要 | The beneficial effects of functional electrical stimulation (FES) have been demonstrated with the increase in muscle strength and endurance, improvement of cardiopulmonary function, and many other clinical effects[I-3]. Its studies can be divided into three applications: standing, cycling, and walking[4]. In this paper an electrical stimulator is dcsigned to offer the stimulated pattern for paraplegics to stand. Its weight is light, so it is convenient and portable for the disabled. The user can set the prepared-time, standing-time(from sit to stand) and sitting-time(from stand to sit) by means of PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), and make self-training anytime and anywhere. |
