中文摘要 | 隨著競爭快速變遷,企業所面臨的問題也較過去複雜許多,面對這些問題,企業需以系統化的方式分析問題的核心所在,並謀求有效的對策以解決問本研究將系統化的問題解決技術,包括:管理七大手法、淵博知識、第五項修鍊的系統思考、限制理論的思考、限制理論的思維過程內容加以分析 ,並對不同之技術取其較適之工具加以整合,包括整合限制理論與淵博知以提出持續改善的十大步驟。以及整合管理七大手法的親和圖與系統圖作為資料收集與分類、限制理論的現況樹與衝突圖進行核心問題分析、系統思考的環路圖與電腦模擬建立解決方案、管理七大手法的網路圖訂定改善執行進度。各項整合的改善技術均以知識為基礎,企業不斷累積改善技術與經驗,以使得未來能更有效率的解決各項複雜的問題。 |
英文摘要 | An intensely competitive global environment is complicating the problem faced by business. Problem solving combines both creative and analytical thinking to generate ideas and then determine a course of action. This investigation intrudes a systematic problem solving technique for businesses: seven management and planning tools; the theory of profound knowledge (TPK); the fifth discipline; and the theory of constraints (TOC), and develops an integrated producer for solving the problems of business planning and management. Two integration modes are presented. The first creates a link between TOC and TPK to guide a ten-step continuous improvement pattern, while the other integrates seven management and planning tools, the system thinking of the fifth discipline, and the thinking process of TOC to create a practical problem solving procedure. The integration modes provided a general framework and extensive knowledge, but neither supplied sufficiently comprehensive guidelines to help mangers continuously their system performance. |
