中文摘要 | 揮發性有機溶劑為化學物中最常被使用的部份,其中以苯、甲苯、乙 苯、二甲苯用途最廣泛,用量也最大。因此本研究針對尿液中此四種物質為量測 指標。以固相微萃取法/頂空分析法再結合氣相層析技術,分析尿中未代謝的苯、 甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯之含量。研究結果顯示,樣品前處理的最適條件之吸附溫度 為25±1℃,脫附溫度設定為230℃,樣品吸附時間為9分鐘,以碳酸鈉添加3 公克,予以攪拌進行萃取。各分析物質之檢量線相關係數均大於0.999,分析方 法偵測極限最低可達154 pg/mL,各分析物質之分析方法再現性變異係數均低於 7%,品保品管樣品之變異係數都在13.62%以內,尿液樣品之儲存穩定度可達一 個月的時間。現場勞工真實尿液檢體測試結果亦顯示本分析方法確實能應用於作 業場所勞工受苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯之職業暴露之生物偵測評估。 |
英文摘要 | Vaporous organic solvents are commonly used chemicals. Among them, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene (BTEX) are widely used. In this study, we analyzed the contents of unmetabolized BTEX in urine using solid-phase microextraction/gas chromatography. The results showed that the best pre-procedure conditions were an absorption temperature of 25±1℃ for 9 minutes, and desorption temperature of 230 ℃. After that, 3 g sodium carbonate was added and then extracted while stirring. The relative coefficients of calibration of the four chemicals were over 0.999. The monitoring limits of the analytical methods reached 154 pg/mL. The coefficient of variation of analytical methods' was reproduction under 7%. Urine samples were kept stable for a month. The results also showed that this analytical method could be applied to biological estimates of workers' exposed to chemical contaminants. |
