中文摘要 | 本研究利用鹽基性染料可染架橋劑之特性、將經過磺化改質及未經磺化改質之棉 織物,以不同濃度之架橋劑架橋處理。結果證實利用前述架橋加工布經鹽基性染料染色後之 色強度(K/S值)與加工布氮含量之關係,可成功且明確地判斷加工布上架橋劑於織物上形成 表面架橋的情形。 |
英文摘要 | The sulfonated and unsulfonated cotton fabrics which were finished with DMDHEU, then dyed with three different basic dyes. It is found that the K/S values for the sulfonated cotton fabrics are higher than that for the unsulfonated cotton fabrics. The higher resin concentration in the pad bath and the higher nitrogen content of the finished fabric the higher K/S value of the finished fabric. The relationships between the logK/S values and the N% values of the finished fabrics for sulfonated and unsulfonated cellulose dyed with different Basic dyes are linear. The surface distribution of the cross-linking agent on the finished fabrics for sulfonated cellulose is more significant than that for unsulfonated cellulose. |
