中文摘要 | 中華電信北、中、南區分公司為使線路障礙查修作業能達到電腦化與自動化之目標,由本所開發電話障礙自動維修系統,此系統配合測試手機將提供線路外勤查修人員自動執行測量臺各項查測、聯繫、自動派工及竣工回報等工作。 本文就有關測試手機之設計及其功能、硬體及軟體之結構設計,依序提出說明,有關電話障礙自動維修系統與測試手機間之通訊協定亦在討論之列。本系統之設計完成將大大改善現有測量臺之工作效率,提升測量臺工作程序為電腦化與自動化,節省維護人力,提昇服務品質。 |
英文摘要 | This research proposes an automatic maintenance system for Subscriber Line Repair Service craftsmen. It is used for improving the efficiency of the Subscriber Line repair service. The “Telephone-trouble Automatic Maintenance System” (TAMS) designed by Telecommunication Laboratories (TL) that performs computerized, automatic measurement and testing of subscriber lines. In this article we describe the system design and its functions, including hardware and software configuration. The communication protocol is described as well the completion of the proposed system will significantly improve the efficiency of measurement and testing center, upgrading the operation procedure to be computerized and automatic as well as reducing the maintenance efforts. |
