中文摘要 | 四組模擬壓水式核電廠調壓槽動力釋壓閥卡開(PORV stuck-open)的小破口冷卻水流失事故,並採取相關救援措施的實驗研究,已在核能研究所的「核三廠比例縮小安全測試設施」(IIST)完成,實驗的初始與邊界條件是針對核三廠正常運轉條件進行規劃,其目的在驗證電廠救援措施及緊急爐心冷卻系統之有效性。實驗之結果顯示在蒸汽產生器飼水功能正常但高壓注水失效的狀況下,以開啟二次側釋壓閥來進行蒸汽的排放,是救援動力釋壓閥卡開事故的有效方法。另外,實驗之結果亦顯示只要一台高壓注水泵能持續注水入爐心,即使未進行二次側蒸汽排放的動作,也不會面臨爐心冷卻不足的危機。 |
英文摘要 | Four scaled small break loss-of -coolant accident tests simulating the pressurizer power operated relief valve (PORV) stuck-open accidents and the recovery actions in Maanshan pressurized water reactor were performed at the INER Integral System Test (IIST) facility. The objectives of this study are to verify the operator action and emergency core cooling system on reactor safety. The experimental results indicate that in case of high pressure injection (HPI) system failure, the bleeding steam through the secondary relief valve is proved to be an effective way in the depressurization of the reactor coolant system and the core cooling. On the other hand, without operating the secondary bleeding, the threat of inadequate core cooling still can be mitigated by the continuous operation of one coolant charging pump during PORV stuck-open stansient. |
