中文摘要 | 菩提藻Grateloupia filicina是一種食用紅海藻,富含用途廣泛之比lambda 型角叉藻膠(carrageenan)。本研究旨於探討菩提藻是否可以在池中與魚蝦共養殖。首先培 養果孢子使其發育成盤狀孢子體,並長出絲狀體;然後將絲狀體分離並大量繁殖後,使其附 著於棉繩及塑膠繩上並長出幼苗;而後在不同時間,試養於不同養殖池中。育成之幼苗長到 1cm左右時,在10月、12月、l月、3月及5月,以延繩垂下式放入12口魚蝦養殖池養殖。 試驗結果顯示以10月吊養於虱目魚池者最好,lcm大之幼苗於放養60天後,長到2Ocm,增重 率為0.35g/d。依序為12片及1月者。3月吊養的雖能成長至大約3公分長但未達可採收階 段,5月吊養的完全不生長。此外,發現打水車、幼苗品質及養殖池水質皆能影響菩提藻的 增殖。綜合本試驗結果,證實菩提藻可在池中與魚共養,不過要排除如臭肚魚及金錢魚等之 藻食魚種。 |
英文摘要 | Grateloupia filicina is an edible red seaweed and contains rich λ -carragennan. This study was made to test if this red alga can be cultivated in land-based ponds growing with fish or shrimp. Carpospores were isolated and were grown into crustose sporophytes until they issued filaments from the margin. The filaments from the margin. The filaments were isolated and were propagated. Seedlings of G. filicina were obtained through growing the filaments on cotton or plastic twines. Forty five twings with seedlings of about 1 cm high were hung in twelve land-based ponds in October, December, January, March and May of 1994-1995. The best result was obtained from that hang in a milkfish pond in October, the thallus reached a length of 20 cm after 60 days, with the growth rate of 0.35 g/day. It was followed by those of December and January in order. Those started in March were only about 3 cm long after 60 days. No growth was observed in those cultivated in May. It was found that the growth rate of the alga was influenced by the water and seedling qualities as well as if the pond water was agitated with water paddle or not during the culture. In conclusion, G. filicina could be co-cultivated in land-based ponds with fish except those of herbivorous such as rabbitfish and spotted butter fish. |
