中文摘要 | 近年來管理顧問服務已廣泛被採用大型撌之發展,如企業資源計劃(Enterprise Resource Planning; ERP);運籌管理(Supply Chain Management; SCM)。本研究主要考量管理顧問評選之重要。由於管理顧問評選所需之訊息定義不週嚴,充滿許多不確定性與械糊性;同時,傳統量化評估模式無法有效處理此種評選工作,因此臺研究乃提出一個以模糊理論為基礎之管理顧問評選模式。為了能有效降低管理顧問評選問題所穩含之模糊性,本研究乃應用語意變數來表達評審者的個項評估值,同時應用三家模糊數表示?項語意評估值,再應用簡單之模糊運算,將管理顧問個項評估值綜整成模糊適合度指標(Fuzzy Suitability Index; FSI),最後應用模糊左-右分數法(Left-and –Right Fuzzy Scoring)對模糊適合度指標進排序,以利決策進行管理顧問之評撰。同時,本研以一個管理顧問評?案例-「企業資源計劃(ERP)與流程再造(BRP)整合」-說明本模式之應用及評估運算過程。由案例潔果顯示,本模糊評估分析模式不但能有效處理定義不週嚴或模糊性資訊,同時很適用於決策實務之分析處理。 |
英文摘要 | Management consultant services have been widely used in large-scale development management projects in recent years, such as enterprise resource planning, supply chain management. This paper highlights the importance of management consultant selection. Due to the ill-defined and ambiguous criteria which exists in management consultant assessment, the conventional "crisp" evaluation approaches cannot handle such selection suitable and effectively. Thus a method for management consultant selection using fuzzy sets is proposed. In this approach, the importance of weightings and performance ratings of different criteria assigned by evaluators are expressed in linguistic terms. Triangular fuzzy numbers are used to approximate the linguistic terms, and a simple fuzzy arithmetical operation is employed to aggregate these fuzzy numbers into one fuzzy number, which is called fuzzy sutiability index (FSI). Finally, the FSIs are ranked by a left-and-right fuzzy scoring method for determining a suitable management consultant. Meanwhile, a case of enterprise resource plan and business process re-engineering integration management consultant selection is cited to illustrate the proposed method. The results indicate that this method not only efficiently and effectively handles vague or il-defined information, but can also be easily used by most real-world decision making processes. |
