中文摘要 | 九二一災後學校重建工程顯示,目前的學校建築施工技術低,營建時長、成本高,引起社會各界廣泛的討論與注意。國中小學小班制、廣設高中,充實學校設備為當前教改即定政策。有鑑於此,學校建築的規劃、設計、營建、經營及管理有必要加以研究與發展,以提昇學校建築設計及施工品質。本文主要的目的是針對臺灣地區自然的、經濟的、技術的因素,提出適合的學校系統建築工業設計的構想,說明系統的基礎、樑柱架構、屋頂、樓板、天花、外牆、隔間等構件的技術特色及環境控制要求,供學校建築事業主管單位及業者參考。 |
英文摘要 | The author has designed two paimary school buildings which were destroyed at 921 earthquake and has found that the traditionally built buildings took too long to construct and involved too much money in construction. With the result that school costs and construction time are probably the most controversial subjects being discussed by the educationists and architects in Taiwan today. In order to achieve the best value in school building and to make the maximum use of available resources, the school building progamme, design philosophy and building process must be studied carefully. The main purpose of this study is to give an account of the technological features of a school building system made by industrial design to solve the problems of Taiwan’s school building programme more efficiently. |
