中文摘要 | 根瘤線蟲在田間會造成夜來香植株矮化、分蘗減少、花穗變細短甚或無花可收, 嚴重影響切花品質和產量,經鑑定其病原為南方根瘤線蟲(Meloidogyne incognita)所引起。 田間防治試驗之進行,以在冬季種植之夜來香連作田進行植前及植後之藥劑與非藥劑防治試 驗,供試藥劑包括10%芬滅松粒劑、24%歐殺滅溶液、10%福瑞松粒劑、10%托福松粒劑及3% 加保扶粒劑以及一種非藥劑即喜百根進行防治試驗。防治結果顯示在植前處理者以芬滅松之 防治效果最好,土壤中線蟲數目持續下降至第四個月才上升,而喜百根則無防治作用,但有 促進生長之趨勢。在植後處理者則不論在根系發展、切花品質和產量上都以歐殺滅防治效果 最佳,三級根佔5%而對照組三級根佔58.3%,總抽花數為對照組之1.5至2倍,平均花穗長 度比對照組多6至8公分。 |
英文摘要 | Meloidogyne incognita was found and identified as the main species causing root-knot nematode disease on tuberose. The pathogen caused stunting on plants and largely reduced flower quality and quantity. The field control experiments were performed before- and after-planting in winter, using fenamiphos, oxamyl, phorate, terbufos, carbofuran, and CPM(Taiwan Biological) as the control agents. In the before-planting trials, fenamiphos treatment showed the most effective result among all treatments. The number of nematodes in soil decreased steadily, and did not raise until 4 months after treatment. CPM treatment did not show any control effect, but did induce plant growth. As for the after-planting tests, the oxamyl treatment obtained the most significant control result. The treatment enhanced the development of root system. The third-grade root was only 5 %, compared with 58.3 % of the control treatment. The number of flowers was 1.5 to 2 folds more than the control treatment. The average stem height of the oxamyl treatment was 6 to 8 cm longer as compared to the control treatment. |
