中文摘要 | 真菌屬於生態系食物鏈的分解者,它們把一大堆的有機殘骸,分解成最基本的營,使生態系中的物質得以循環。另一方面,如果沒有它們,這個世界將會充滿垃變得汙穢不堪。 校園真菌調查,乃是在學習環境中採集樣本、配製培養基、培養菌種、分離菌種,顯微鏡觀察真菌的形態,欣賞生物的多樣性,能真正落實課程教學的生活化。又一起分享研究真菌的成果,除了可以讓學生認識生態系的分解者-真菌外,更重是在觀察學習的過程中老師引導學生反思,讓學生在愛物、敬物、惜物中養成對尊重,對事的盡責,它將是學校教育中除了知識傳授外的一項列佳的人格教育。本文在八件採樣的土壤中,分離出純種米麵包黴和青黴菌等兩種常見的菌種。又立師院及辛亥國小做大型菌調查,將成果選了六個樣本應用於自然科的教學中。究過中結合電腦、數位相機和CCD Camera,透過顯微鏡對樣本作電腦數位顯影。在教學中,隨時將經驗和同學共同分享,激起了學生學習的興趣,提升自然學的效果,更有夜的提高教學的品質。 |
英文摘要 | Fungus is one of the decomposers in the ecosystem. Fungi decompose organic wastes into primary nutrients and thus sustain the cycle of the ecosystem. Therefore, we cannot live without them. To study the fungi from the campus includes sample collection, medium preparation, and the cultivation and isolation of the samples. Also, multiplicity of fungi will be observed and examined under the compound microscopes by the students. Elementary school students can learn to appreciate the biological diversity in the process of this teaching program. Furthermore, students will learn to cherish and respect life and the world, and develop a full personality. On this study, two common fungi, Rhizopus orzyae and Penicillium ludwigii are isolated form eight soil samples. The conductors of this program further choose six samples of higher fungi to serve as the teaching material in the Nature Course of MTC and Shin-Hai Elementary School. Computers, digital cameras, and CCD cameras are applied for microscopic photography equipment in this study as well. Also, students are benefit from the advantages of digital equipments and gain their access to course learning in a much more convenient way. |
