英文摘要 | Athletes may take nutritional ergogenic aids in order to increase performance. But these nutritional ergoegenic aids may be expensive and lake of scientific proof. Some nutritional ergogenic aids contain trace elements of chromium and vanadium. Chromium and vanadium have of insulin-mimetic characteristics. They affect metabolism of glucose, amino acid and lipid. The operators enounce that chromium and vanadium can increase muscle and decrease body fat. But most research papers reveal chromium and vanadium do not any effect on lean muscle mass. |
