中文摘要 | 隨著成衣自動化之趨勢,藉由幾個回顧鍵性織物力學參數,以預測成衣品質已成為追求成衣快速反應系統的重要指標。為此,本研究應用逐步迴歸法,試圖建立織物力學性質與細褶成型性間的轉譯模式。由實驗結果發現,某些織物力學參數與細褶成型性間存在等顯著的負相關性。又經逐步迴歸分析,確可由織物某些關鍵的力學參數,建立織物力學性質與細褶成型性間的轉譯模式,被選入轉譯模式中之參數,是由織物的彎曲剛性、在0.5度剪切角時的剪力滯後值、布厚及壓縮/厚度曲線的線性等四項所組成。本研究所建立的細褶成型性預測模式,即轉譯模式,經實際考核,具有頗高的預測能力。 |
英文摘要 | As garment manufacturing becomes more automated, it has become possible to use several key fabric mechanical properties to predict garment quality. This has also become an important index in the determination of the rapid reaction system. For this purpose, this paper employed the stepwise regression selection in an attempt to establish the transformation model of the fabric mechanical properties and the gathering formability. Experiment findings revealed a positive correlation existed between the mechanical properties, as well as the gathering formability. The stepwise regression analysis is truly capable of establishing the transformation model of the fabric mechanical properties and the gathering formability through several key fabric mechanical properties. The parameters included into the transformation model are the curve stiffness, hysteresis of shear stress at 0.5°, linearity and Thickness of the fabric. Actual test revealed that the gathering formability prediction model of this study serves as the transformation model and possesses a strong predicting ability. |
