中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討「人際智能」訓練課程教學的成效。研究設計採用「不等組的前-後測實驗設計」,以國小六年級的學生30名為研究對象,研究工具包括:「多元能力特質量表」及自編的「人際智能訓練課程」、「人際智能量表」。評量所得的資料以共變量分析和t考驗,加以分析探討。根據研究結果,本研究的主要發現如下: 一、在「人際智能量表」的評量部分: (1)「實驗組」在傾聽、溝通方式、同理心和合作學習四個分量表的後測量得分,顯著優於「對照組」。 (2)實驗組個別受試的表現不一致,但以傾聽分量表進步最多。 二、在「多元能力特質量表」的評量部分: (1)「實驗組」在語文、音樂、肢體動作和人際交往四個分量表的後測評量得分,顯著優於「對照組」。 (2)實驗組的優、弱勢能力因內在差異,表現不一。 三、實驗組與課程內容相關的學業表現上,國語和數學兩科,實驗前後並沒有顯著進步。 四、由訪談中發現,實驗組於「人際智能訓練課程」實施後,在學校的人際關係普遍獲得改善。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of interpersonal intelligence training course. An nonequivalent pretest-posttest experimental design was employed to examine the effects of the interpersonal intelligence training course. The subjects of this study involved thirty sixth-grade students selected from an elementary school in Nan-Tou. Instruments used are: (1)The Characteristics Scale of Multiple Talents, (2)The Interpersonal Intelligence Scale, (3)The Interpersonal Intelligence Training Course. The data was analyzed by using ANCOVA and t-test. The major findings of this study were concluded as follows: I、The assessment results of the Interpersonal Intelligence Scale: (1)There were significant differences between the experimental group and the matched group in the following subtests: Listening, Communication Skills, Empathy, and Cooperative Learning. (2)The ability of the experimental group were quite different. The Listening subtest showed the largest improvement. II、The assessment results of the Characteristics Scale of Multiple Talents: (1)There were significant differences between the experimental group and the matched group in the following subtests: Average Ability, Linguistic, Musical, Body-Motion, and Interpersonal Ability. (2)The individuals' excellent and weak abilities were quite different. III、In Chinese and Mathematics, the experimental group were not significantly different between the pre-test and post-test. IV、After the interpersonal intelligence training course, and interview with the experimental group found their interpersonal relationship had quite improvement at school. |
