英文摘要 | This study was used the sol-gel method to synthesis the SiO2 nanoparticles. It is found that change the weight ratio of water, alcohol, ammonium and silica precursor can affect the particle size of SiO2.Methyltriethoxy-silane was used as a coupling agent to modify the surface property of the SiO2 nanoparticles for nano composites use. The SiO2 nanoparticles were synthesis by sol-gel method in this study. |
