中文摘要 | 近年來,在教育部提倡終生學習的風潮下,培養學習者具有獨立學習的能力已成為學校教育的主要任務之一。「契約學習」即是一種以學生為中,心,目的在於培養學生獨立學習及具有自我導向學習能力的有效方法。本文即以契約學習為範圍,首先分析契約學習的意涵,其次探討契學學習的理論基礎,作者從教育社會學、哲學、以及心理學的觀點來分玎契約學習的理念,並認為契約學習符合人本導向以及建構導向的教學觀。在契約學習的實務部份,作者歸納契約學習的實施方式,說明契約學習的實施步驟、時探討契約學習的優點和限制。本文最後則以未來的展望作為結語。 |
英文摘要 | The term "lifelong learning" has become increasingly popular in the field of education over the past few years. Schools, from elementary to college levels, seek ways to help students develop skills of independent learning. Contract learning is an alternative way of structuring learning experiences, aiming at promoting self-directed learning and thereby helping students to continue learning beyond the end of the school education. In this article, the author clarifies the meaning of contract learning, discusses the theoretical foundations of contract learning, presents different types of learning contracts, describes the steps of implementing contract learning, and discusses the advantages as well as limitations of using learning contracts. Finally, the author concludes this article with a future prospect of implementing contract learning. |
