中文摘要 | 本研究工作以阿里山區紅檜林為試區,探討紅檜根圈土壤的性質,及根圈環境對於土壤中金屬離子之有效性及礦物的影響。根圈土壤的pH低於本體土壤,但其陽離子交換容量、有機態碳、總氮的含量均高於本體土壤。根圈土壤中鉀、鈣、鎂、銅等元素之EDTA可抽取含量均大於本體土壤。固態 C核磁共振光譜法之分析結果,顯示根圈與本體土壤兩者間有機質官能基的差異並不大。推測其原因,是由於紅檜林土壤含豐富之有機質。土壤有機質之來源主要來自紅檜的枯枝落葉,根圈土壤中的有機質雖有部分來自根部,但其比例並不高。 |
英文摘要 | To clarify the properties of the rhizosphere soil and their relationship to the availability of metals and soil minerals, this study was conducted in a Taiwan false cedar forest on Mt. Ali in central Taiwan. The pH values were lower in the rhizosphere soil than those in the bulk soil, but the former had higher CEC and organic C and N contents. The EDTA-extractable contents of metals, such as K, Ca, Mg and Cu, were higher in the rhizosphere than those in the bulk soil. Based on the results of C NMR analysis, there was no difference in functional groups of soil organic matter between the rhizosphere and bulk soils. As a result of the enrichment of organic matter due to litter-fall, the rhizosphere had little effect on the composition of soil organic matter. |
