中文摘要 | 本研究旨在了解師院大學部及學士後國小師資班畢業生,在養成教育階段、實習教師階段、初任教師階段,其任教職志之差異與改變之情形,同時進一步比較兩者之初任教師,其教學狀況之差異,以供教育當局對於師資多元化培育政策及課程安排之參考,其研究結果如下: 一、養成教育階段 (一)學士後國小師資班在校學生在奉獻、任教意願、角色知覺的認知,均顯著高於師院大學部之學生。 (二)在性別上,男、女在校學生在任教職志方面,並沒有明顯不同。 二、實習教師階段 (一)學士後國小師資班實習老師在角色知覺層面上,明顯著高於師院大學部之實習老師。 (二)在奉獻層面上,師院畢業女實習老師高於男實習老師,但學士後國小師資班女實習老師,卻低於男實習老師。 三、初任教師階段 (一)師院大學部與學士後國小師資班之初任教師在任教職志各方面,均沒有顯著差異存在,男、女初任教師在任教職志方面,也沒有明顯不同。 (二)在任教職志上,隨著不同養成階段有逐漸下降之傾向。 四、在教學狀況方面: (一)教師自評部分:師院大學部畢業之初任教師其教學狀況與學士後國小師資班畢業之初任教師沒有顯著差異。 (二)校長他評部分:師院大學部畢業之初任教師其專業精神層面優於學士後國小師資班畢業之初任教師依據本研究之結果,提出下列建議,以供教育當局對於師範教育決策之參考。 (一)提高在校師院生的任教職志。 (二)加強實習老師與初任老師對教育現實的認識,並加強實習輔導工作。 (三)加強學士後國小師資班初任教師之專業精神。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences of teaching willingness and teaching effectiveness between the educational program's students and teachers college's students. Three purpose of this study are 1.to compare the differences between graduated from an alternative teacher education program and teacher education program on its teaching willingness at fresh period、student's teacher period and initiate teacher period. 2.to compare the differences between graduated from an alternative teacher education program and teacher education program on its teaching effecitveness through self-evaluated and other-evaluated at initiate teacher. period. 3.to make suggestions in order to improve teacher education. Graduated from the academic year of 86 to 88, student's teachers working in lementary schools among those located in county and city of kaohsiung and Pingtung and freshman at N.P.T.T.C were drawn as the sample for the study. The questionnaire is included four parts 「Questionnaire of teaching willingness」、「Questionnaire of teaching attitude」、「Questionnaire of teaching effectiveness」 and 「Instruments of teaching interview」. In the analysis of this data, methods such as ANOVA, T test, Scheffe test are used To analyze or generalize the related information and data. The result of this study were stated as follows: 1.There was significant differences between graduated from an alternative teacher education program and teacher education program on its teaching willingness at fresh period and tudent's teacher period; but there was no significant differnces at initiate teacher period. 2.There was no significant differences between female teacher and male teacher on its teaching willingness at fresh period and initiate teacher period; but there was significant differences a student's teacher period. 3.On its teaching effectiveness, initiate teacher graduated from teacher education program better than graduated fro malternative teacher education through their principle evaluation; there was no significant differences through self-evaluated. |
