中文摘要 | 剛性路面因耐承載,常使用於交通繁重或載重量高的區域, 但是鋪面版塊對環境 溫度和濕度因子的敏感性是造成其損傷破裂的主要原因。本研究以位於中正機場貨運停機坪 內 41cm 厚的剛性道面版,進行溫度分佈與應變量的監測與分析。利用現場量測到的結果, 發現出推算版塊內溫度分佈及混凝土導熱係數的方法。另外,利用三維的有限元素數值模型 分析版塊受溫度作用下的反應,並與實驗值作比較。根據研究結果顯示,版塊厚度將直接影 響版內溫度分佈趨勢及溫度差。本論文所發展之導熱係數及溫度分佈反算法將有助於以有限 元素法進行剛性道面之各類應力分析。 |
英文摘要 | Due to its higher stiffness, the rigid pavement, is usually applied to places of heavy traffic. However, sensitivities to environmental thermal and moisture factors usually become major reasons of causing fracture or damage of pavement slabs. In this paper, the temperature and strain distribution of a 41cm thick conceret pavement located at the cargo apron in the CKS airport are analyzed. By using field measured data, new methods to evaluate and back-calculate the temperature distribution and coefficient of thermal diffusivity of the concrete pavement slab were developed. From the analysis result, it is found that the temperature distribution and its gradient are affected by the slab thickness factor. To verify the capability and accuracy of those methods developed herein, a 3D finite element thermal strain analysis by using the calculated temperature distribution data, based on back calculated coefficient of diffusivity, was conducted. The results match the experimental data reasonably well. |
