中文摘要 | 非等強度分負荷系統(unequal strength shared-load system)如發電系統、人 力運用…等等屬於常見之系統。本文針對此系統建立其可靠度模式,並經由負荷相關失效率 得到各分系統之負荷變化對系統特性之關係。針對該系統,其各個子系統的負荷乃考慮強者 多分擔些負荷(所謂能者多勞),為了進行適當之分配,本研究提出四種負荷調整策略即(1) 策略A:最大系統平均壽命;(2)策略B:各分系統失效率相同;(3)策略C:存活分系統最大平均 壽命及(4)策略D:平均負荷條件,經由分析檢驗各策略間之差異,及應用例結果顯示策略B 之運算簡易且表現良好,適於工程上之應用。事實上策略B所代表之涵意在於要求各子系統 在使用過程中,其存活機率一致(殘餘壽命相同)。 |
英文摘要 | An unequal strength shared-load system is frequently encountered in engineering application. In this paper four strategies concerning with loading adjustments are proposed; namely, (1) policy A: maximizing the system life, (2) policy B: equalizing the failure possibility of surviving systems, (3) policy C: maximizing the lives of each surviving system and (4) policy D: each surviving systems taking the same load. The fourth policy is used for reference for the comparison of the effectiveness with other policies. Actually policy A, B and C show more or less the characteristics of "stronger member carries more load". Meanwhile in achieving the policy A the mathematics is very complicated when n becomes large, say larger than 4. On the other hand for policy B or C the mathematics involves not beyond the algebraic equations. The examples show that the difference between B (or C) and policy A has less than 1%, even the strength (i.e., the failure rates based on a fixed load) between the subsystems takes as large as 5 times. Thus policy B is suggested in most engineering applications. |
