中文摘要 | 本文係利用福利委員會針對學生餐廳所做的問卷調查資料, 來探討學生對餐廳所 提供之菜色、環境衛生、服務態度及價格的滿意度和整體評價。 研究結果發現 (1) 學生對 學校二家餐廳所提供的餐點和服務普遍不滿意, (2) 目前固定金額的消費方式有待改進, (3) 學校餐廳所提供的餐點和服務比不上校外的餐廳。本文並針對研究發現提供學校和餐廳 經營者改善餐廳服務品質的相關建議。 |
英文摘要 | This article explored the satisfactions and overall evaluation of the restaurants of students in foods, environmental sanitation, service and price by using of the survey of the Fringe Benefit Association of Lien-Ho Institute of Technology. The findings are as follows: (1) Generally, the students do not satisfy with meals and service of two restaurants in campus. (2) It was suggested to be improved in the present method of fixed amount payment for meals. (3) The restaurants in campus offers less satisfactory than that the restaurants out of the campus do for service. In this paper, we suggested the Institute and managers of the restaurant in campus to improve on their service and meals. |
