中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於以磷醯三胺化合物改善木材之耐然性質。防火藥劑-磷醯三胺化合物 係以氯化磷醯分別與八種脂肪族、芳香族有機胺在氯仿溶劑中反應而合成。代表性磷醯三胺 化合物-磷醯三對甲基苯胺再以核磁共振儀、質譜儀、傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀與融點測定計 進行其特性分析。木材防火性質測定係將木材與各磷醯三胺化合物依重量比1:1與2:1混合處 理後,再將處理材以熱示差掃瞄卡量儀與熱重量分析儀進行測試分析。綜合本試驗結果顯示: 處理材之吸熱峰溫度在熱示差掃瞄卡量儀試驗中已明顯地被降低至300°C以下,磷醯三胺化 合物在熱裂解過程中可促進木材脫水反應之形成並增加其焦炭量;熱重量分析儀顯示,所有處 理材之焦炭含量均較未處理木材高,增加磷醯三胺化合物添加量可以提升木材之耐燃性;木材 以磷醯三對硝基苯胺處理具有最佳之防火效果。此外,以磷醯三胺化合物添加於木材與聚丙 烯混合物中,亦可以有效地改善其耐燃性質。 |
英文摘要 | The research aimed to improve the fire retardant properties of wood throught treatment with phosphoryl triamides. Fire retardants of phosphoryl triamide were synthesized by reacting phosphorus oxychloride with each of eight amines, including alkyl and phenyl amines, in a chloroform solution. Choaracteristics of tri-p-methylphenyl phosphoramide, a representative of the phosphoryl triamides, were analyzed using nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, and a melting point meter. This resulting chemical compound was further treated with wood based on weight ratios of wood to chemical of 1:1 and 2:1. Fire retardancy of phosphoryl triamide-treated-wood was evaluated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). DSC analysis demonstrated that such modification can significantly lower the onest of an endothermic temperature to below 300°C. Also, phosphoryl triamide can catalyze the deydration of wood, resulting in the formation of more char during pyrolysis. Results of TGA showed that all treated-woods had higher char yields than did the control wood. Fire retardancy of wood can be improved by increasing the retention of phosphoryl triamide in wood. Wood treated with tri-p-nitrophenyl phosphoramide displayed the most desirable properties among all treatments. Moreover, fire retardancy of wood mixed with polypropylene can be effectively improved by adding phosphoryl triamide. |
