英文摘要 | The materials used in this study are the modal rayon sewn fabrics exposed to different degrees of wetness, as the study aims to delve into the effect of water content on the time-dependent effect. The experiment reveals that sewn fabrics with varying water content undergo different deformation behavior after they take in loads. If absorption power is higher, then elastic recovery is also high. Fabrics in this condition are not prone to plastic deformation; and there is a positive correlation between the absorption power and elastic recovery of sewn fabrics, but absorption power and plastic deformation are negatively correlated. As absorption power of sewn fabric increases, the resulting stress relaxation becomes less but elongation will gradually increases. When sewn fabrics undergo tensile-cycling, its load-elongation curves will gradually move from elongation axis to load axis as cycles increase; moreover seam opening will also increase. When the absorption power of the sewn fabrics is increased, the seam opening is reduced. |
