中文摘要 | 在經濟高度成長和社會快速變遷之下,教育發展追求精緻化取向,已逐漸為人所共同關切。本研究的主要目的,在探討精緻教育的理論基礎、內涵規準、概念架構和發展模式。本研究的進行,採文獻分析法為主。 精緻教育的理論基礎,可從經濟學、心理學、社會學、行政學和哲學的不同角度來加以探討。唯其共同的理念核心,則在強調高品質的教育產出。 關於精緻教育的內涵規章,大致上可以卓越性、績效性和科技性三方面為重心。而其概念架構,可分三個層面:在目標層面上,包括認知、技能和情意三者;在內容層面上,包括師資、教材、教法、環境、觀念、制度、行政、人事、經費和法令等十方面。在機構層面上,包括教育行政人員、教師、學生和家長四者。 至於精緻教育的發展模式,1.在觀念上應強調教育經營理念的革新;2.在制度上應建立自由民主彈性的制度;3.在師資上應提昇教師專業化的素質;4.在教材上應加強有效化的教育內容;5.在教法上應運用精熟化的教學方法;且在環境上應充實教育設施的現代化;7.在經費上應增加教育經費的投資;8.在人事上應彈性編配符應教育需要;9.在法令上應隨時修訂以符教育實需;10.在行政上應強調主動敏捷的權變運作。 |
英文摘要 | In a changing society with rapid economic growth, there is increasing demand for better education. This paper is a review of the theoretical basis, scope, conceptual framework and developmental model of betterness in education. The theoretical basis for betterness in education combines the perspectives of economics, psychology, sociology, administration and philosophy with a common focus in quality. In terms of content, there are three emphases -- excellence, productivity and technology. The conceptual framework can be divided into three domains. The objectives domain include cognitive, skill and affective objectives. The content domain is concerned with teachers, curriculum, instruction, equipment, values, system, administration, personnel allotment, financial resources and regulations. In the institutional domain, it relies on educational administrators, teachers, students and parents to achieve betterness in education. The developmental model to achieve betterness in education has ten aspects: 1. Emphasize the revolution of the concept of educational operations. 2. Create a flexible democratic system. 3. Increase professionalism among teachers. 4. Strengthen effective content in the curriculum. 5. Adopt mastery learning concept of teaching. 6. Modernize educational equipment and buildings. 7. Increase educational spending. 8. Reorganize the personnel structure in response to changing needs. 9. Continually amend laws and regulations to reflect actual needs. 10. Emphasize active responsive use of administrative power. |
