中文摘要 | 由於電力電子理論及功率半導體元件製作技術迅速發展,電能轉換再處理之需求 遽增,使各類電力電子設備廣泛應用在近代工業上,諸如電腦科技、通訊系統、軍事武器、 航太科技、工商業用機具、交通工具到家電等,其產品已經完全地溶入我們的生活應用中。 臺灣地狹人稠,天然資源非常缺乏,唯有仰賴高素質的人力,不斷的創造及發明,研發新科 技及新產品,打進國際市場,創造生存的空間,電力電子業乃是其中的明星產業。電力電子 的產業人才,除了業界依自己的需求在職培訓外,行政勞委會職業訓練局亦開辦「工業電子 」或「電力電子」等職類的職業訓練,並定期舉辦該職類的技術士技能檢定,給予認證,讓 理論及實務結合藉以培育出適合產、官、學、研的優秀人才。本文提出一套以電力電子甲、 乙級技術士技能檢定術科為導向之技職院校「電力電子實習」的新觀念課程整合規劃,統整 連貫課程發展,擬定教學目標、課程實施、實驗主題及教學方法,除了希望培育學生具有利 用網際網路搜尋最新技術資料,運用電腦軟體來分析、設計及模擬,最後完成硬體實作測試 的整合技術能力外;並期使同學在校期間可以取得電力電子乙或甲級技術士證照,畢業後進 入產業界能真正具有良好的電力電子實務技術與研發能力,達成追求卓越,建構精緻技職教 育之目標。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the rapid development of power electronics theory and power semiconductor devices, increasing demands for power energy conversion processing have led to wide applications of the plants of power electronics in modern industrial applications, such as computer, telecommunications, military, aeronautics, industries, commerce, transportation and housedhold appliances, and so forth. The power electronics apparatus are widely applied to our household applications. Since the industrial development of Taiwan is constrained by its limited area and natural reources, Taiwan can hardly take her place in the international community without relying high quality of manpower, persistent innovation and creation on technology, and research and development on new technology and new products. The power electronics industry is a rising star among the development in science and technology. Power electronics manpower, not only industrial training for owner demand, but also Employment and Vocational Training Administration (EVAT), Council of Labor Affairs, Executive Yuan, to hold vocational training of industrial electronics or power electronics. Also periodically holding skilled worker testing and certificate issuing, offering certification, integrating theory with practical techniques cultivate excellence manpower suited for industrial, official, academia, and research. This paper is to propose a new integrated course on power electronics laboratory, which is designed for colleges and vocational schools based on the power electronics skilled worker testing level A and B techniques oriented. The presented contains classroom topics and laboratory tentative schedule and curriculum. The instruction goal, course planning and impementation, specific topics on theory and experiments, lecturing method, are also included. Not only does this course train students with skills in internet to gather technical information, to operate computer software to analysis, simulation, design, and hardware experiments, but it also cultivates the students' ability in practical design and manufacturing techniques susceptible of industrial use. Through the training provided by this integrated course, students will acquire better knowledge and practical technique in power electronics and will be able to obtain the official license as power electronics skilled worker A or B while they are in school, and to do research and development after graduation. This course also provides students with strong background for academic research, to pursue to achieve an objective excellence, construction of fine technological and vocational education. |
