中文摘要 | 以溫帶及亞熱帶各3個桑品種(系)盆栽做為供試材料,利用其單芽扦揷,置於25℃恆溫箱環境下,調查芽體休眠深度與碳水化合物及氮素之關係。結果,溫帶品種劍持之休眠期自10月中旬至12月中旬,改良鼠返自10月中旬至11月下旬,厚葉綠自10月上旬至11月中旬;而亞熱帶品種臺桑2號之休眠期自10月中旬至11月上旬,臺桑1號僅在10月中旬,58C238則無休眠現象。田間自然萌芽期,溫帶品種皆為4月上旬,亞熱帶品種則為1月中旬或下旬。不同桑品種(系)在進入休眠期時,其枝條可溶性糖及澱粉含量均隨著休眠深度而增加,澱粉含量則下降。品系間比較結果,溫帶品種之可溶性糖含量較亞熱帶品種者為高,澱粉含量則相反。另外,在休眠期間不同桑品種(系)枝條蛋白態氮含量均無甚大變化,在覺醒時,隨著時間之推移而漸增,溫帶品種之增加幅度較亞熱帶品種為大。水溶性氮含量之變化,卻隨著時間之推移而稍遞減,在芽體休眠時為最低,覺醒時則大幅增加,至田間自然萌芽時期達最高。 |
英文摘要 | Bud dormancy state of mulberry varieties Kenmochi, Kairyonezumigaeshi and Atsubamidori from the temperate zone and Taisang 2, 55C238 and Taisng 1 from the subtropical zone were investigated following to the method of single bud cutting at 25°C for 15 days during August 1993 and April 1994 in Miaoli. The results have indicated the dormant period for Kenmochi was from mid October until mid December, Kairyonezumigaeshi from mid October until late November, Atsubamidori from early October until mid November, Taisang 2 from mid October until early November, for Taisang 1 occurred during mid October and 58C238 had no dormancy. When the bud break was investigated in the field, the varieties form the temperate zone all occurred in early April, whereas the varieties from the subtropical zone occurred during mid or later January. The content of both ethanol-soluble sugar and starch increased slowly during the dormant period of various strains of mulberry, the ethanol-soluble sugar increased rapidly after bud break resulted in all varieties from the temperature zone had much great sugar than the varieties from the subtropical zone. The content of starch reached a maximum during the deeply dormant period and dereased thereafter until the bud break began, so that all varieties from the temperate zone had less starch than the varieties from the subtropical zone. The bud dormancy was loosely related to the nitrogen content of buds and shoots. The protein nitrogen showed no change until dormant termination occurred, and then increased gradually to bud break. The content of water-soluble nitrogen decreased slightly during the period of deep dormancy and then increased rapidly until bud break began in the field. |
