中文摘要 | 清潮時期漢人至關子嶺臺地上開墾,使用火耕方式燒除雜木林,種植數年蕃薯地力降低之後,則插桂竹使之蔓延成林。由於山地崎嶇交通不便,呈現林業聚落散居形態,日據時期為管理方便促成集居。而因日人對溫泉的特殊愛好,河谷區發展江一個新的溫泉聚落,是休閒商業機能形態。成為嶺上嶺下高度不同,居民不同,機能不同的雙聚落。日人在交通電信電話之建設,有助漢人經濟活動,不過生活方式仍然自給自足。 |
英文摘要 | In the Chin-Dynasty, the Hanpeople settled around the terrace of Kuan-Tzu-Ling. First, they logged the trees, than cut down weeds and burn to ashes. Years later, the soil became less fertile, they began to plant “Kwei-Banboo” instead of other plants. And the bamboo speared very rapidly. The terrace was very rough, it caused the transportation with difficulties, therefore most of the resident lived separately. During Japanese occupation, the Japanese developed the hot spring village in the valley. They improved the transport system, set u p the post office, electric lamp and telegraph. All of these benefited the Han’s economical activities. And for the convenience of management, the resident began dwell together. But their life style was still self-supporting. |
