中文摘要 | 冷硬鑄鐵滾子的金相顯微組織會直接左右其冷硬層性質,而冷卻速度與化學成分等則是影響滾子內外部金相顯微組織之主要因素之一,本研究主要即是在探討冷卻速度對冷硬灰鑄鐵滾子冷硬層性質(冷硬深度、硬度)之影響;在固定冷激塊尺寸([]140mm)的條件下,藉由電腦輔助針對不同材質(S45C、SKD61、FC200)之冷激塊來探討冷卻速度對於低碳低矽成分冷硬滾子之硬度值與金相顯微組織的影響。 研究結果顯示,在使用S45C材質之冷激塊([]140mm)的條件下澆鑄低碳低矽冷硬灰鑄鐵滾子時,在滾子外周距表面2mm位置之冷卻速度分別為7.4K/sec(TM-1273K)、2.6K/sec(1273K-1073K)、1.1K/sec(1073K-873K)時,可得到顯微組織為完全的白鑄鐵組織,硬度值達HRC40,冷硬深度為20mm(HRC>30)。 本研究除了以電腦影像解析金相顯微組織並探討其與冷卻曲線及冷卻速度之關係外,並針對冷硬灰鑄鐵滾子之冷硬層性質進行其相關性分析,亦推導出冷硬灰鑄鐵滾子其冷硬層性質的線性迴歸方程式。 |
英文摘要 | The metallographic microstructure of the chilled gray cast iron rooler will affects the chilled zone property directly, and the cooling rate and the chemical composition are the main factors that affect the internal metallographic microstructure of the roller. The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of cooling rate on the chilled zone property (chill depth, hardness) of the chilled gray cast iron roller. In the same chiller size ([] 140mm), but with different chiller material (S45C, SKD61, FC200), the effect of cooling rate on the hardness and metallographic microstructure of the low C% & Si% content chilled gray cast iron was investigated. Experiment results showed that under the condition of using [] 140mm, S45C material chiller, and the low C & Si content chilled gray cast iron roller was poured, when cooling rate is 7.4K/sec (Tm-1273K), 2.6K/sec (1273K-1073K), 1.1 K/sec (1073-873K) at the position of 2mm from roller surface respectively, the metallographic microstructure of full white cast iron microstructure can be obtained, and the hardness is HRC40 and the chill depth is 20mm (HRC>30). Besides the relationships among the metallographic microstructure by computer added image analysis, the cooling curve, and the cooling rate were investigated, the corelations with chilled zone property of the roller, and the linear regression equation of the chilled zone property for the chilled, and the linear regression equation of the chilled zone property for the chilled gray iron roller also have been evaluated. |
